It depends on scope, but most residential projects move from concept to handover in four to nine months. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand the brief.
Yes. We're glad to design and supervise while your contractor executes, or bring our own delivery partners in — whichever keeps the project cleanest for you.
Our studio is based in Business Bay, Dubai, and most of our current work is across the UAE — though the team has delivered projects internationally as well.
